So a little spice is nice! Arugula is known for its excellent peppery flavor. It serves as a welcoming addition to salads, wraps, sandwiches, soup, etc. and is one that we have a hard time keeping on our shelf! Did we mention it is great on barbecued meat too?

Arugula is very high in vitamin C, calcium, vitamin A and folic acid.
